The UW System has embarked on a complete redesign of its current classification and compensation structure. The goal of the Title and Total Compensation Project is to modernize the existing title and compensation programs in an effort to attract and retain the best talent for the organization. Please plan to attend the next set of open fora, which will include up-to-date information about the proposed job framework, standard job descriptions and an upcoming benefits preference survey. Triple Jazzfest will be coming to UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus on Monday, Nov. 19, 2018 at 7 p.m. in the University Theater. Wade Heinen’s Jazz Ensemble I from South High School will open the festivities, Associate Lecturer Paul Sucherman (Music) will lead the Jazz Ensemble of UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus and Jeff Schieble’s Generations Big Band will be featured as a special guest group. Box office opens at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and are free to all students with a college ID.
UW-Green Bay is set to serve as a regional site for the Wisconsin Civics Games. The Wisconsin Civics Games are meant to rekindle interest among high school students in journalism, current events, local government, civics and engagement in public service. Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has more.

Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs (MESA) is taking event submissions for Spring 2019 Human Mosaic. The Human Mosaic is intended to collect UW-Green Bay programs that relate to diversity. Submissions are welcome from all four campuses. The Human Mosaic is traditionally distributed to UW-Green Bay students, staff and faculty at the beginning of the semester.
