Timothy Kaufman, chair of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Professional Program in Education, has been named the director of the University’s Institute for Learning Partnership, effective Monday, Aug. 27. He succeeds veteran educator Richard Schaal, who stepped down in May after serving as Institute director since 2007.
