The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Jazz Fest XLI, which includes a full day of musical performances and education on campus, is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 29. The public concert begins at 4 p.m. in the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts, 2420 Nicolet Drive. UW-Green Bay Prof. John Salerno offers his thoughts on this year’s festival.
