UW-Green Bay students make important connections at Networking Night

The American Intercultural Center hosted a successful networking event Thursday evening, April 1, at the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts. The event brought together students and multicultural professionals from the local community as well as faculty and staff members from campus. The goal was to provide an opportunity for UW-Green Bay students of color to meet professional role models from the Green Bay area who work in various fields and industries. Organizers say the event included useful “how-to” experience for students in career planning and development. A resume writing contest was one of the activities associated with the event.
