New dining options featured in Press-Gazette

A new program at UW-Green Bay is encouraging students to explore a wider variety of dining options including vegetarian selections. The program “isn’t really meatless, but does encourage students” to consider vegetarian options, according to the article in the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Political science Prof. Sara Rinfret says the program gives students more options. Pam Koehler-Zastrow, marketing manager for A’viands, says it is a good way to introduce students to “new foods and healthier lifestyles.” Read the article.
