UW-Green Bay presents 40th Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition beginning Nov. 15

UW-Green Bay, Annual Juried Student Art ExhibitionThe Lawton Gallery at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay will present the 40th Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition Nov. 15-Dec. 6 at the gallery in Theatre Hall on campus, 2420 Nicolet Drive.

An opening reception for the show will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, with an artist awards ceremony set to begin at 5 p.m.

Martha Glowacki, artist and director of the Watrous Gallery in Madison’s Overture Center, was the juror for the show.

This year’s installment of the student exhibition will feature 55 works by 36 student artists, selected from a total of 128 works by 54 artists. The Lawton Gallery is located in the Theatre Hall Building, Room 230, and is open during fall and spring semesters. Please note that the gallery will be closed Nov. 22-25 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
