Federal jobs info session coming to campus
GREEN BAY — University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Career Services is hosting two free sessions Wednesday, Oct. 22, that address, “Finding and Applying for a Federal Job.”
The sessions will cover where to find federal job announcements, how to apply for federal positions, résumé tips, salary information and the benefits of federal employment. The sessions will also help attendees understand the scope of federal employment, which includes a wide range of majors and geographic locations close to home, as well as in Washington, D.C.
The sessions are free and open to the public. The repeated hour-long sessions start at 12:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. in the Vista Conference Room inside Mary Ann Cofrin Hall on the UW-Green Bay Campus, 2420 Nicolet Drive.
