FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: June 18, 2024
Green Bay, WI —UW-Green Bay now offers a new certificate program designed to deliver a distinctive customer experience that not only impresses customers but also creates value, growth and competitive advantage. Local experts from Festival Foods, Kohler and Prevea Health will share insights gained from thousands of customer interactions and connections over five sessions. Registration is open.
Today’s customers are looking for a personal connection with the companies they engage with. This means that customer experience is of paramount importance to every company and affects every single touchpoint between your company and customers—from sales to marketing to product development to billing to customer service.
“Customer service isn’t just about transactions,” shares Jess Lambrecht, executive officer of UW-Green Bay Continuing Education and Workforce Training. “It’s about building relationships and leaving a lasting impression. As we prepare for the NFL Draft and the influx of visitors to our community, it’s crucial that we showcase the warmth and hospitality that define us. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive memory, not just for our local residents but also for those visiting from afar. Let’s ensure that each guest leaves feeling welcomed, valued and eager to return.”
All businesses seek long-lasting customer relationships. UW-Green Bay and its partners hope to transform the employee perspective with a certificate program that reframes operations and communications with a singular focus on exceptional customer experience.
