UW-Green Bay Art Agency welcomes artist Sommers for workshop, public events
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Art Agency student organization is hosting Minneapolis-based artist Michael Sommers for a 3-day workshop and performance Thursday, March 27-Saturday, March 29.
Sommers has created a niche following in Minnesota’s Twin Cities, mesmerizing and delighting audiences with performance that mixes puppetry, shadow theatre, hand-crafted animation, performance art and Vaudeville-esque monomyth storytelling. The Art Agency is pleased to be bringing Sommers’ magic and marvel to art lovers in the Green Bay area.
