Dining Services contractors to make site visit

Dining service vendors are scheduled to be on-site tomorrow, (Tuesday Dec. 9) gathering in Phoenix Room A of the University Union to review the Request For Proposal (RFP) to provide dining and catering services here at UW-Green Bay.  After an initial welcome and introduction, the attending companies will tour the dining facilities on campus and reconvene in Phoenix Room A about 11 a.m. to review the RFP document and ask questions.  The session should conclude by about 2:30 p.m. including a break at Noon for lunch.  If the future of campus dining services is of interest to you, please feel free to come and listen in.  Should you have questions or comments about campus dining operations, please feel free to contact Rick Warpinski – Campus Dining Contract Administrator and University Union Director at warpinsr@uwgb.edu or (920) 465-2090 or you can provide comments online.
