Ryan says weather won’t deter Badgers
“You’re looking at a guy who was at Platteville for 15 years. We never missed a game — snow, blizzards — we found a way. We’re not going to Superior. We’re going to Green Bay.” Even as weather experts were warning of heavy snow and wind Tuesday and Wednesday, UW-Madison coach Bo Ryan seemed adamant that he would have the 20th-ranked Badgers at the Resch Center in time for Wednesday’s (Dec. 9) 7 p.m. tipoff against the Phoenix. The latest report, in fact, is that they’ll have arrived in time for a Tuesday night practice.
