Phoenix soars to No. 21 in coaches’ poll

The latest edition of the ESPN/USA Today Coaches’ Poll has the UW-Green Bay women’s basketball team again on the rise in the nation’s Top 25. The Phoenix women are ranked No. 21, up two spots from the previous week and just behind Texas, and just ahead of Georgia, Vanderbilt, St. John’s and Michigan State. That’s elite company. The Phoenix (6-0) hosts North Dakota in a game Wednesday night (Dec. 1) at the Kress Events Center.
