UW-Green Bay’s newest holiday tradition, “Swing for the Holidays” returns on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Weidner Center’s Cofrin Family Hall. “When Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn got their hands on ‘Nutcracker Suite,’ no one would have guessed how Tchaikovsky’s sugar plum fairies could swing! Ellington, along with your jazzy holiday favorites, is certain to make for a cheery night. All proceeds from this special event support ongoing and free performances in the 6:30 Concert Series. Tickets are $16 a person and can be purchased here.
