Shepard: Swan has highest integrity

We told you yesterday that Steve Swan, assistant chancellor for university advancement, and his wife, Karen, director of Health Services, will be leaving UW-Green Bay for the state of Washington. Here now the view from Western Washington University, where President Bruce Shepard, former UW-Green Bay chancellor, gave high praise to Swan in a university media release.

He is respected both on and off campus, and is particularly effective in the community because of his reputation for unquestioned personal integrity.
