UW-Green Bay to participate in national leadership study
The Office of Student Life and the Mission Level Learning Objectives (MLLO) Steering Committee are partnering to conduct the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL) here in spring 2010. This national survey of leadership development among college students is designed and administered by the National Clearinghouse for Leadership Programs in conjunction with the Center for Student Studies, housed at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. It aspires to contribute to the understanding of college student leadership development — with special attention to the role of higher education in fostering leadership capacities. The project will involve asking 4,000 randomly selected UW-Green Bay undergraduates, contacted through their campus e-mail account, to complete an online survey. This study, which is paid for by Student Life, has been reviewed and approved by the University’s Institutional Review Board. You can learn more about the MSL at http://leadershipstudy.net/. If you have any questions, contact Debbie Furlong or Lisa Tetzloff.
