Photos from Oct. 4 donor-recipient scholarship reception

We included a photo and link in Friday’s edition of the weekly Log Extra, but for the benefit of those who subscribe only to the text-only daily newsletter…. There was a huge turnout Oct. 4 for the annual Chancellor’s Named Scholarship Reception, where student recipients meet major donors. A generous challenge gift this past year helped increase the overall endowment by more than $1 million, creating dozens of new scholarships. See gallery.
