Feature on 2013-14 men’s basketball team a finalist for regional Emmy

A two-minute online video made last season by College Insider featuring Coach Brian Wardle and the Phoenix men’s basketball team has been nominated for a regional Emmy award. The piece, part of the online network’s “All-Access” series, is one of four finalists for the award to be presented Nov. 1 in Chicago. Sports Information Director Andrew Gavin says the piece has been popular with recruits and people close to the program.
