UW-Green Bay alumnus Keegan has say in arts debate

Daniel Keegan, a 1972 graduate of UW-Green Bay and its communications program, is one of America’s foremost fine arts administrators. It’s not surprising, then, to see the director of the Milwaukee Art Museum near the center of a fascinating but heated art-world debate. At issue is whether Western institutions should help protest or even temporarily shutter exhibits of Chinese art in the wake of that nation’s imprisonment of a prominent dissident artist.
