SBDC at UW-Green Bay a partner in half-day certification workshop

The Wisconsin Small Business Development Center at UW-Green Bay is partnering with Advance, a program of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations to present a half-day workshop for potential contractors looking to navigate the government marketplace. “Growing Your Business With Certifications, Teaming and Market Intelligence” will be held from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, June 19 at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. The workshop will cover the benefits and requirements of federal, state, tribal and local certification programs, offering information on teaming arrangements and contract financing options, advice on how to find opportunities and be competitive in the market, and more.
