Henniges named Counseling and Health director

Amy Henniges has been selected as the new Counseling and Health Center director. Henniges will begin work June 1. She has more than 25 years of progressive, professional clinical experience and proven leadership in case management, rehabilitation and behavioral health. She has spent most of her career working at St. Vincent Hospital where she led an interdisciplinary case management team including psychotherapists, nurses, social workers, insurance specialists and Spanish interpreters. She holds a bachelor’s in nursing from UW-Green Bay and a master’s in nursing from UW Oshkosh. Henniges replaces Karen Swan, who is heading to Washington state to join her husband, Steve, former UW-Green Bay assistant chancellor for advancement.
