The UW-Green Bay Alumni Association always has a big volunteer presence — more than 30 volunteers this year — for the annual Cellcom Marathon. Handing out water to many of the 9,000-plus runners is challenging enough, but getting the empty cups into the trash with 30-mph winds was a tough undertaking.
