LED expert Ruud enlightens marketing students

Christopher Ruud is considered an expert on the future of lighting and the range of benefits of LED technology and its applications. He was also the guest of Associate Lecturer Patrick Kotowski’s Marketing Management class at UW-Green Bay this week. The Vice President of Global LED Adoption at Cree Inc., engaged the class with a discussion about market dynamics, including the role government policies can play in the adoption of new technologies. Cree is one of the nation’s largest producers of LED lights and is an LED technology leader.  According to Kotowski, Ruud was instrumental in launching the BetaLED product in 2007.
