Finalists for Dean of Students position announced
Four finalists for the position of Associate Provost for Student Affairs and Dean of Students will be visiting UW-Green Bay over the next three weeks for interviews and open forum presentations. Each of the candidates will address the “Future Directions of Student Affairs” followed by a question-and-answer period during his or her open forum. Candidates, and public sessions, are as follows:
• Randy Hyman, associate professor of higher education and former vice chancellor for academic support and student life, University of Minnesota-Duluth — forum on Wednesday, April 14, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Union’s Christie Theatre
• Peg Blake, dean of enrollment management, Southern Oregon University — Monday, April 19, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Union’s Christie Theatre
• Mark Shanley, interim vice president for student affairs and director of the Wilks Leadership Institute, Miami University — Wednesday, April 21, from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. in the Union’s Christie Theatre
• Patricia Swatfager-Haney, former vice president for student affairs, Minnesota State University, Mankato — Monday, April 26, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Union’s Christie Theatre
