Former Phoenix hoops star Anklam gets state title

Congratulations to alumna Vicki (Anklam) Porter, class of 1985, and her success at the WIAA State Basketball tournament this year with Wausau Newman High School.  Vicki is the JV coach and assisted the varsity team to the Division 4 title, 64-30 over Black Hawk H.S. Anklam was well known on campus as star of some of Coach Carol Hammerle’s best NAIA teams. More details and photos (some cool ones of Vicki included), click here.
