UW-Green Bay alumnus Abe Clark, who really is a cross-country runner, has now completed 850 miles in his quest to run 2,860 miles across America. Last Thursday (March 25), Clark blogged that he was two days ahead of schedule, but on the way to Dulce, N.M., found himself trying to outrun dark and an approaching snowstorm. Clark is raising money to repair handpumps that supply water for 250,000 Haitians. His goal is $100,000. Follow Clark at: www.runningwater.cc/.
