Can Phoenix overcome Tiger’s home court?

The Phoenix wanted to go someplace warm if they had to play far from home in the NCAA Tournament. But on their opponent’s home court? That’s what happened with the seeding. LSU plays in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center and could have a sizeable advantage. “That’s part of women’s basketball,” coach Matt Bollant told the Press-Gazette. “We realize that when you come in as a No. 11 seed, you have that risk that you might play somebody on their home court. The good thing is we’ve been great on the road all year. Our kids are tough, and it gives us a chance.”
