The ‘Stars’ align: UW-Green Bay well represented among CW 14 finalists

The group of finalists for the new CW 14 Star has been narrowed to five — and at least four of them have UW-Green Bay ties. Current student Katie Phernetton is up for the TV gig, as are alumni Megan Pospychala, Starla Golie and Kurt Krauss. The competition’s Round 3 happenings include an interview, an appearance on Fox 11’s “Good Day Wisconsin” and a Saturday (March 16) improv opportunity during Comedy City’s 26.2-hour Comedy Marathon. Watch for Pospychala around 7:40-7:45 a.m. Monday (March 18) on “Good Day Wisconsin,” and for Golie Tuesday (March 19), Phernetton Thursday (March 21) and Krauss Friday (March 22) around the same time.
