Phoenix women are perfect

The UW-Green Bay women’s basketball team completed its best league season ever and the Horizon League’s first 18-0 season with a 66-56 victory over Milwaukee on Senior Day in front of 3,627 at the Kress Events Center Saturday. The Phoenix, 26-3 overall, now sets its sights on the post-season where it will begin the Speedway Horizon League Championship as the No. 1 seed Wednesday in quarterfinal action. UW-Green Bay’s unbeaten conference season is its third ever.
