18-below in Green Bay, but it’s time to play ball!

The Green Bay softball team is ready to get its season underway. Traditionally, the first games are played down South or under domes, and the 2014 spring season under Coach Jean Rivett will be no different. The Phoenix opens at the Holiday Inn Hilltopper Spring Classic hosted by Western Kentucky Friday though Sunday (Feb. 28 and  March 1-2), with games against the Hilltoppers, IUPUI, Indiana State, Northern Iowa and Wright State.
