Alumni Phone-a-thon has record day

Student callers worked two shifts Sunday as the Alumni Phone-a-thon kicked into high gear. University Advancement reports they attempted 1,650 calls, connected with hundreds of UW-Green Bay alumni, and recorded 175 gifts for a one-day record of $9,000 in charitable contributions to their alma mater. The Phone-a-thon is one of this week’s “Featured Connections” on the University homepage.
