Karate students and others mourn the loss of instructor Paul Harris

Students, friends, family and community members celebrated the life of Sensei Paul Harris this morning (Feb. 1) at Celebration Church near campus. He passed away at his Suamico home on Jan. 29 at age 52. The owner of Harris Karate Academy since 1982, he also taught martial arts at the Phoenix Sports Center (later the Kress Center) since 2002.
