Marquis Hines ’90, sends kids to state championships… and college

Nice story about business administration grad and former Phoenix player Marquis Hines, Class of 1990, in a recent edition of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. He’s the super-successful coach of the three-time state championship girls basketball team from Milwaukee Vincent. “One thing I want to say, when all is said and done, it’s about a team and having fun,” Hines is quoted. “That’s the way I look at it the most. Since I’ve been here, every single one of the girls went to college. That’s the treat.” Read more.
