Journal Sentinel previews Phoenix hoops

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel published a pair of hoops previews Sunday (Nov. 4), highlighting Phoenix women’s coach Kevin Borseth and men’s guard Keifer Sykes, respectively, in the pre (regular) season analyses. With Borseth back from five years at Michigan and seniors Adrian Ritchie and Sarah Eichler leading an experienced squad, the Phoenix women are contenders to win yet another Horizon League title, the Journal Sentinel said. On the men’s side, a year of experience for point guard Sykes — just 17 when he began his college career a year ago — could make a big difference for the program, the newspaper reported.
