UW-Green Bay student featured on front page

A front-page article in the Green Bay Press-Gazette featured a photo of UW-Green Bay student Rory Cowart, who attended the Green Bay City Council meeting on Wednesday (Nov. 3). The council decided to indefinitely postpone a decision on whether to join a lawsuit aimed at overturning Wisconsin’s domestic partner benefits. Cowart, an openly gay student who supports domestic partner benefits, said he was disappointed the measure was not voted down outright. To read more, click here.
