Kraft quoted on Kagen, changing landscape

A Green Bay Press-Gazette profile of Steve Kagen (D-Appleton), the incumbent candidate for Wisconsin’s 8th Congressional District, has Prof. Michael Kraft saying the local political landscape might be changing. “Normally, a first-term Democratic incumbent in a Republican-leaning district would seem to be vulnerable, but this is an unusual year,” Kraft, a political scientist at UW-Green Bay told a reporter.
