Preseason poll has Phoenix men tabbed for fifth

A preseason poll of Horizon League coaches, sports information directors and athletic directors has predicted a fifth-place finish for the UW-Green Bay men’s basketball squad. The Phoenix lost three of its top five scorers, but returns point guard Rahmon Fletcher and Troy Cotton, who are both second-team pre-season selections. Butler University is the favorite to repeat as conference champion, and UW-Milwaukee was picked fourth. The men’s squad begins its season on Oct. 31 hosting Minnesota-Duluth at the Resch Center.
