UW-Green Bay alum celebrates grand opening of new Chick-fil-A, located in Bellevue
BELLEVUE, Wis. (WFRV) – The newest Wisconsin Chick-fil-A opened its doors on Thursday in Bellevue.
Located at 2153 Monroe Road, the location celebrated on Wednesday morning with a small ceremony, featuring officials from the Village of Bellevue.
In addition, owner/operator Preston Waala got to hold the large scissors, cutting the ribbon as the 21st in Wisconsin. Waala, a Wisconsin native, is a UW-Green Bay alum, where he was on the curling team.
According to the official release, this location will participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program, which donates surplus food to local soup kitchens and other places needing food.
The location’s hours are 6:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Monday through Saturday, and like all other locations, it is closed on Sundays.
