Editorial: UW System plan needs scrutiny

An editorial in the Green Bay Press-Gazette on Sunday outlined plans from the UW System to boost enrollment. Under the plan, UW-Green Bay would receive more than $947,000 from the state and in tuition revenue to enroll an additional 276 students.
