Columnists: International program reaches across campuses, community

A guest column written by Prof. Emeritus Robert Wenger and St. Norbert College Prof. Melanie Brown shared the story of how the International Visiting Scholars Program reaches across campuses and the community. “In the last five years, the International Visiting Scholars Program provided support for 10 scholars who visited Green Bay for periods ranging from one to four weeks… These visitors have given lectures to hundreds of students at St. Norbert College and UW-Green Bay, spoken to hundreds of elementary and secondary-education students in the Green Bay area, contributed to seminars, given public lectures, consulted with faculty at the two institutions and connected with business people and citizens in Northeastern Wisconsin.” See the full column.
