In the media: Publicity for Mueller gift ahead of series opening Tuesday

Just a reminder that Art Agency’s Visiting Artists Lecture Series kicks off Tuesday (April 24) with metalsmith, writer and craft activist Gabriel Craig. As we told you recently, the visiting artists series is possible thanks to a generous gift from Marcia Mueller, sister of the late Captain Craig A. Mueller, whose $1 million bequest in 2008 remains the largest single gift for scholarships from a UW-Green Bay alumnus. Marcia Mueller decided to fund the series after meeting a student artist with a contagious enthusiasm for Art Agency and its work. Craig’s visit will kick off with an artist lecture at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in Studio Arts 411.
