Butler’s basketball success impacts admissions, too

UW-Green Bay and the Horizon League are getting some unexpected attention thanks to Butler University’s success in the NCAA Tournament. In recent weeks almost every announcer covering a Butler game has made it a point to mention schools such as UW-Green Bay that are also in the Horizon League. Apparently that success goes beyond the basketball arena. Butler University officials say the school’s admission website crashed twice last week because there was so much interest generated by that school’s basketball success.
