Japanese student at UW-Green Bay reaches family

Iori Sanda is one of four students from Japan studying at UW-Green Bay. On Friday afternoon she was interviewed by WBAY-TV about the earthquake. “I finally got through on Skype, and they were outside and they couldn’t go home because all the trains were stopped.
