Hollingsworth shares tales from the media trenches

UW-Green Bay alumna and top media exec Laura (Busby) Hollingsworth delighted a University and community After Thoughts crowd Tuesday (March 13) in the Grand Foyer at the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts. Titled “Leading through Transformative Change: Lessons from the Media Trenches,” Hollingsworth’s address focused on her experiences as president and publisher of The Des Moines Register during a time of challenges, opportunities and a fast-changing media landscape. Hollingsworth, who recently established a UW-Green Bay scholarship, also paid tribute to her local roots. Read more.
