Survey: Faculty salaries remain flat at public universities

According to a piece in the Chronicle of Higher Education, salaries for faculty members at public universities remained flat for a second year in a row. Faculty at private colleges, however, received a 2 percent raise on average. Those are the findings of an annual survey by the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.
