Editorial: UW-Madison split deserves consideration

An editorial in Friday’s Green Bay Press-Gazette examines the proposal in Gov. Walker’s budget to remove UW-Madison from the UW System. In the editorial, UW-Green Bay Chancellor Thomas Harden said all campuses need flexibility. “We all need to do something to achieve greater flexibility, which will allow us to be more effective and more efficient,” he told the newspaper.
