Manitowoc Public Library is proud to present Great Decisions 2020, its 13th year of hosting this preeminent eight-week grassroots lecture series that provides the citizens of the Lakeshore with the opportunity to discover, discuss and decide how to meet some of the world’s greatest challenges head-on. As global events have increasingly become domestic concerns, the Great Decisions series has become a more vital resource than ever before. The program begins Feb. 3 with UW-Green Bay faculty member Alise Coen (public and Environmental Affairs) discussing “U.S. relations with the Northern Triangle.”
