WBAY tells story of softball’s youngest recruit

We told you here recently about Phoenix softball’s newest recruit, 10-year-old Ellen Tellstrom. The Sturgeon Bay girl, who has faced numerous medical challenges, recently signed with UW-Green Bay thanks to a partnership with the nonprofit Team IMPACT. WBAY, Channel 2 caught up with her during a recent practice-time kickball game, speaking with players, Ellen’s mom and the new recruit herself about what the pairing means. Great story.
