Faculty note: Russ publications

The book Management, Valuation, and Risk for Human Capital and Human Assets: Building the Foundation for a Multi-Disciplinary, Multi-Level Theory, edited by Prof. Meir Russ of the Cofrin School of Business, was recently published by Palgrave Macmillan. The collection discusses the building blocks needed for an interdisciplinary, theoretical framework that will allow for monetization, valuation, and advanced management of the most important assets organizations have. Additionally, the special issue of the journal Management Control, published in September on the theme “Intellectual Capital and Management Control,” was edited by Russ and Bino Catasús of the University of Stockholm. The issue also includes the pair’s collaboration on the editorial, “Intellectual Capital and Management Control: Human Capital Valuation and Other Challenges.”
