Bothof, Kujawa talk safety and reporting with WBAY, Channel 2

UW-Green Bay Athletic Director Ken Bothof and University Police Chief Tom Kujawa got the chance to talk about proactive reporting and keeping campus safe Tuesday (Oct. 9) in a WBAY News story related to the scandal involving former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky. UW-Green Bay had all the proper policies in place prior to the Penn State scandal coming to light, Bothof said, but since the story broke Bothof has worked diligently to ensure everyone in his department understands the policies and is comfortable reporting misconduct. Kujawa outlined reporting procedures and training in more general terms, noting that the implementation of Order 54 statewide makes all UW employees mandatory reporters. Full story.
