Ryan Martin: One of top TED Talks to watch during the Pandemic
Researcher and UW-Green Bay’s Associate Dean of Recruitment, Recreational Outreach and Communication for CAHSS, Ryan Martin, landed a spot on INC.com’s “Ten Ted Talks to Watch” to help get through the pandemic. Titled “Why we get mad, and why it’s healthy,” he talks about the anger people have during the COVID pandemic.
Maybe you’re responding to the pandemic, and the blundering official response to it, with rage? Martin explains, “Your anger exists in you because it offered your ancestors, both human and non-human, an evolutionary advantage,” he said. “[It’s] a powerful and healthy force in your life.”
